Do Social Services Ever stop giving you job logs for food stamps?

Me and My boyfriend( no one will hire him or me) are on food stamps, well, We've gotten 2 logs so far, having to fill out at least 12 jobs a month, Eventually we're going to run out of jobs we can apply for with our qualifications, Do they ever give you a break from job logs? They even make it so places HAVE to be hiring, its kind of unfair, if we lose our food stamps because we run out of jobs to apply for. I'm not saying we want to not do them all together, i'm just saying do they ever even just give you a month or 2 break, and then make you do them again.
