Teaching performing arts in uk colleges?

I have my own performing arts school but I would like to work with older students on performing arts courses in colleges. Other then "waiting for a vacancy" to arise can anyone suggest a way of getting a guest teacher role or even just part time? I've joined protocol national which is an agency for lecturers but nothing seems to come up in my area. I've also very recently sent out my cv to 3 local colleges. I have a LOT of experience, knowledge and qualifications but no one seems to be biting - any suggestions?
