Why Did Republican Congressman Paul Broun say Government Employee's need to find a real job when he is one?

He, and republicans in general, will attack the groups that they think that they can get away with attacking. This is not a hard and fast rule but more government employees favor democrats over republicans because the democrats favor better benefits and pay for everyone including government workers. Plus the democrats will not try to kill the unions if the employees are members. z
