Us naval academy question...?
This is serious...here is some background...act 24, hs gpa 3.0. 100 volunteer hours a year, I know I have a small chance but applying requires a congressman recommendation or something. What if I got that recommendation from hilary Clinton. This is serious. What's my chances of getting accepted?
