Anthony Weiner's Mindset?

All politics aside, I am somewhat baffled by the congressman's frame of mind. I can't say I know of any females that are sexually aroused by the sight of a man's gentalia...erect or limp. In fact, most of us find it a HUGE turnoff. Why would he risk his political life by pulling a stunt more in line for a 12 year old? Does he not understand the psychological differences between the sexes? Do men like this, once they get into a position of power, feel that all women wish to be sexually dominated or is it something even deeper and darker?
