Will I Get Hired With this AT&T Hiring Process?

Hi I recently applied for AT&T Retail Sales Consultant and was called for a phone interview. I believed I did excellent when answering the questions.The next day I look at my job submission status online and it says Met Minimum Qualifications. But I haven't heard anything since then its been almost a week.Should I worry or start looking for a new job.
